शासकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय खरताल में बच्चों की दर्ज संख्या कम है। इसलिए अतिरक्त कक्ष में ताला लगा कर रखा गया है।

हाउसिंग बोर्ड सक्ती द्वारा 11 लाख 50 हजार रुपये के बजट में प्राइमरी स्कूल खरताल में वॉल पुट्टी, टाइल्स और रेलिंग का कार्य संपन्न हुआ है।

शासकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय खरताल में शौचालय की व्यवस्था ठीक नहीं है, इसलिए शौचालय में ताला लगा कर रखा गया है।
